Customers have the possibility to place all their orders from the website: www.baofengradios.us.
Each customer declares with full capacity to use credit cards or cryptocurrencies, that the same have sufficient funds to cover all costs resulting from the purchase of products through Baofeng.
By pressing the "Pay" button during the purchase process, the member declares to fully and unreservedly accept the entirety of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
The data recorded by Baofeng constitutes proof of the transactions made between Baofeng and the members of its Private Community. Baofeng will confirm your order by sending you an e-mail.
The contractual information is presented in English language and will be confirmed at the latest at the time of delivery.
All taxes are included in the prices of our products.
The minimum purchase is 10 Usd.
Baofeng reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time of order registration (subject to the availability of the product), except for obvious typographical errors.
The products remain the property of the supplier until such time as the price has been paid in full.
Baofeng reserves the right to refuse an order from any member with whom it has a dispute.
Availability
Baofeng will make every effort to satisfy all its customers in the demand for the products.
In case of unavailability of the product after the order has been placed, the customer will be informed by email of the cancellation of the order.
Following this request, the speed of the refund on the customer's bank account will depend on the type of bank card and the conditions of each bank. These deadlines are again specified in the clause "Delivery".
Security
For your security, Baofeng has entrusted the credit card payment system to a payment gateway.
The bank details entered are encrypted and securely transmitted to the bank's servers and then verified with the issuing bank to prevent fraud and abuse.
This data entry procedure is guaranteed by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) - 128 bits encryption technology, one of the most advanced and effective protection systems currently available, thanks to which no third party will have access via the Internet to this information relating to the banking data entered by the customer.
Only the Bank and the payment gateway have access to the bank details linked to these means of payment, so that Baofeng does not know and does not record these details during the payment transaction.
Payments in cryptocurrencies will be handled through a wallet displayed by the system. The customer is responsible for the correct payment to the corresponding wallet.
Return
All products sold may be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Previously, the customer must indicate his intention to return the product by e-mail. Baofeng will reply by another email specifying the precise instructions for returning the product.
The return costs shall be borne by the customer.
The refund to the customer's account as a result of this return will be made within 7 days of receipt of the goods by Baofeng.
The return cannot take place in any case if the delivered products were obviously subject to use.
The products must be returned correctly protected, in their original packaging, in perfect condition (not damaged or soiled by the customer) with all accessories, instructions and documentation. They will be sent to the place specified by Baofeng in the precise instructions for the return of the product sent by email.
In the event that the return is not accepted by the supplier on the grounds that the product to be returned has been used, these products will remain in the distribution warehouse to be coordinated with the customer to receive the equipment, for a period not exceeding thirty days from the date of return. Shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Packages which do not contain any enclosed elements allowing the identification of the sender (order number, name, address, etc.) cannot be returned.
The costs and risks associated with the return of the product shall be borne by the sender, who must send them safely and with the necessary guarantees that the returned goods arrive in perfect condition.
Through Baofeng you can return the products purchased for the amount of the same. Upon receipt of the returned product(s), Baofeng will verify that they are in good condition and will proceed to credit the amount paid minus shipping costs, regardless of the amount of the returned product.
Any person returning a product will receive an email informing them of the amount of their refund.
Warranty
Baofeng is obliged to deliver to the consumer and user products that are in conformity with the contract, and is liable to the consumer and user for any lack of conformity. The consumer and user is entitled to have the product repaired, replaced, the price reduced or the contract terminated.
Liability, litigation and applicable law
Baofeng may not be held liable for non-performance of the contract concluded in the event of stock shortage or unavailability of the product, force majeure, total or partial disruption or strike, in particular of postal services and means of transport and/or communications, flood or fire. In case of dispute, the member shall contact Baofeng by priority to obtain an amicable solution.
Modification of the general terms and conditions of sale
Baofeng reserves the right to modify the general conditions of sale without prior notice, and may change, delete or add content and services provided through the same as well as the way in which they are presented or located on its servers.
The Courts of Hong Kong are the only competent courts. The present general conditions of sale will be interpreted in Spanish language. Any disagreement which may arise in connection with their validity, interpretation or execution shall be submitted to the Courts of Hong Kong, to which exclusive jurisdiction is expressly conferred.
These changes must be accepted by the User each time he/she makes a purchase through the Baofeng website.
Members of the "Baofeng Private Community" who do not agree with the changes to the terms and conditions must notify Baofeng and, as of the date on which the new version becomes effective, must cease using Baofeng services.
