2.- ¿Why did my credit card payment fail?
Credit card payments may fail due to bank authorization and fraud prevention systems. If you have trouble making a payment using a credit card, you can contact the card issuer or PayPal directly if you have made a payment through PayPal.

3.- ¿How do I know if it's safe to buy from you?
Baofeng prides itself on offering a secure online shopping experience. We also respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. We have been offering direct sales to European customers through our website since 2012. You can check our customer reviews for each product on our website.
4.- ¿Are there any discounts for wholesale/volume purchases?
Yes, we offer discounts for volume purchases. Please email our customer service for more details.
5.- ¿Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! Except for Iran, Cuba, North Korea, Sudan, and Syria.
6.- ¿How can I contact Baofeng for additional help?

We offer free technical support and assistance to all customers who have placed their orders through our official website.
If you have placed your order outside of our official website, unfortunately, we do not offer support, so we recommend that you contact the seller who processed your order.
7.- ¿How are warranties handled?
If any item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact the courier service immediately. Keep all shipping materials and contact us immediately. Our warranty period is 1 year from the receipt of the order, except for wear and tear materials such as chargers and batteries, which have a warranty period of 6 months.
8.- ¿Why didn't I receive an order confirmation email after completing my payment with PayPal?
We will send a confirmation email to your primary PayPal email address or the email address you specified if you used the "Express Checkout" method. Please ensure that you have a customer account with Baofeng registered to your primary PayPal email address. In rare circumstances, a technical error confirmed by PayPal may be a hindrance. If you receive no information and your order does not appear in your Baofeng account, please contact us and provide us with your order details.
9.- ¿How can I change the shipping address or cancel my order?
Please contact customer service immediately if you need to change the shipping address or cancel your order. Please note that some orders are shipped very soon after payment and changes to the shipping address and/or cancellation of the order may not always be possible.
10.- ¿How much does Baofeng charge for shipping and how long will it take for me to receive my order?
For standard shipping (China Post, EMS ePacket or similar), free shipping to the US, Canada, Australia, and Europe will take 10-15 business days to arrive.
For express shipping from the nearest warehouse to your location, your order will arrive within 24-48 hours.
11.- ¿Do you ship to PO boxes or military addresses?
Free shipping can only be sent to PO boxes or military addresses. Items must weigh less than 2 kg. Please allow additional time for orders to be shipped to these addresses.
12.- ¿Why can't I track my order?
Sometimes, tracking information updates may take an additional 24-48 hours once an order has been shipped from our warehouse.
Occasionally, a package may not receive proper origin and transit scans during its journey to you, so neither we nor Express can track the exact location of the package in transit.
Please email us if you do not receive your order at the end of the indicated time period. Please note that orders shipped via UPS may be delivered until 9:00 pm local time in some areas.
13.- ¿How do I return products if I am not satisfied?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order to our warehouse for a full refund within 14 days. Please contact us for the return sender's address before returning it. Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Once your return is processed, you will receive a refund (including the return shipping costs) back to the original payment method.
14.- ¿What should I do if I receive the wrong item?
Return the wrong item. If the item you received is completely different from what you ordered, please contact our Customer Service with photos or videos of the different products. If a return is necessary, the replacement cost plus the return shipping cost will be issued to you upon receipt of the returned product. Or if you decide to keep it, we will offer you a 10% discount for purchasing it.
15.- ¿How do I return defective items?
If your product turns out to be defective with physical damages within 30 days from the initial receipt date, you can send the item back in the original package with no wear and tear for a free replacement. However, you will need to provide photos and videos that show the defects of the product.
*NOTE: We strongly recommend that you obtain and keep your return tracking number until you are notified that we have completed your refund.
16.- ¿When will a replacement be shipped?
Replacements are treated the same way as new orders - typically arriving within 10-13 days. If a product needs to be returned to be replaced, the replacement is sent out after receiving the returned item.
17.- ¿How long does it take to get a refund?
It may take 1 or 2 weeks for your return to reach our warehouse. Once received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of its arrival), your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2 to 10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be sent to your account.
18.- ¿Which warehouse should I choose?
Our Shenzhen warehouse is for customers worldwide, except for the Philippines, Middle Eastern countries, and Brazil, due to customs regulations.
The Spain warehouse is where we ship express orders to Europe and Portugal.
The UK warehouse is for different European countries.
The Germany warehouse is only for EU countries.
19.- ¿What are the additional battery shipping regulations?
There is no problem with shipping batteries from our Europe warehouse using urgent 24-48 hour shipping.
For free international shipping, batteries alone or with other accessories must be shipped using a special shipping method for dangerous goods, which may delay the product.
Batteries alone or with other accessories can be shipped from an overseas warehouse if there is stock available.
