As the owners of this official website for Europe, we send our products from our distribution warehouses to the address provided by the buyer. Once an order is shipped, the buyer will receive an email with tracking information.

For urgent shipping, the customer must select the "Shipping from Europe 24-48 hours" option when placing their order and pay the corresponding fee. If the customer selects "Factory shipping without rush" in the shipping method, the shipment will be made from our factory.

If the customer combines products with "Europe 24-48 hours" shipping and products with "factory shipping without rush" and pays the 48-hour urgent shipping fee, two shipments will be made: one with the products in stock in our warehouse in Spain and another with the products shipped from the factory.

We offer free shipping from the factory and the possibility of urgent shipping in 48 hours with the corresponding fee.

Once payment is confirmed, the order will be available on the Baofeng official website in the "My Orders" section. This order includes shipping costs and VAT included according to current European regulations for sales from companies outside Europe.

Baofeng will ask the customer to specify the delivery address, whether it is their home, office, or the location where they want to receive the product. The delivery time depends on the carrier selected by the customer.

We will inform the customer when the order has left our distribution warehouse by email.

Each delivery is considered made from the moment the carrier makes the product available to the customer. It is the recipient's responsibility to check the order at the time of delivery and make any necessary reservations and claims, including the possibility of rejecting the package if it has been opened or shows signs of damage.

Reservations and claims must be directed to Baofeng by email or through the contact form on our website.

Order processing

All orders will be processed within 1 business day after receiving full payment. The tracking number will be updated as soon as it is available and sent to our customers. Therefore, we strongly suggest that you register as a customer on the website. If the item you have ordered is temporarily out of stock, our customer service representatives will contact you. You can choose to wait until it is back in stock or cancel the order.

Note:

Customs fees to Spain are included, and we usually send the products with the taxes prepaid by us so that you do not have to pay anything when receiving the order.
