Return Policy

We offer a fair and transparent return policy in Europe. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund or replacement, as long as you keep all original packaging and accessories.

Simply contact us through the contact form or via WhatsApp to obtain the return address. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately with photos or videos of the incorrect products. If it is necessary to return the product, we will cover the cost of replacement and return shipping. Alternatively, if you decide to keep the incorrect item, we offer a 10% discount on the purchase and will send the replacement product.

In the rare case that you receive a defective or physically damaged product within 14 days of the receipt date, you can return the item in the original package at no cost for a free replacement. However, we require photos and videos that show the defects of the product to process your replacement request.

Replacements are handled the same way as new orders and usually arrive within the estimated timeframe of the carrier by which you received your order. If a product needs to be returned for replacement, the replacement will be sent after the returned item is received.

Refunds for product returns may take up to 2 weeks to process. Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed automatically and applied to your original credit card or payment method within 2 days.

Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be sent to your account. We recommend that you keep your return tracking number until your refund is complete.
